Customer service is so good, replies promptly. These heels made a glitter upper with a strappy design, peep toe, stitched trim, back zipper closure for easy on/off , smooth lining, and cushioned footbed. Approximately 5 3/4 inch heels and 1 3/4 inch platforms.

My package was sent via USPS and it took 14-15 days to reach here in Pakistan. The shoes were separately packed in their respective shoe boxes.
